Rent-to-own agreements may be on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly renewal terms.

With each renewal period, you have two choices:

You always have the option to return any rented product — at any time — without penalty.

If you decide the product no longer meets your needs, simply notify us to arrange a return.

We will pick up the item(s) from your location; you are not obligated to pay for further renewals.

You will not be charged hidden fees or restocking penalties as part of this termination.

If you are current on payments at the time of return, you are released from future payment obligations.

Returning the product does not erase amounts that are already due. Any unpaid renewal payments prior to the return remain your responsibility.

If you experience financial difficulties, you may choose to return the product under this policy to prevent further obligations.

Continuing payments until the end of the agreement (or exercising an available early buyout option) allows you to own the product outright.

If you return a product before full ownership, ownership does not transfer; the item remains property of Continental Home Center.

Returned products should be in reasonably clean and undamaged condition (normal wear is acceptable).

If an item is severely damaged or soiled beyond reasonable wear, we may assess a damage or cleaning surcharge (this is not a penalty for return, but a fair charge to offset extraordinary damage).

Contact our customer service (by phone, email, or in person) to request a return pickup.

We will schedule a pickup date and time within a reasonable window.

Once pickup is complete, no additional renewals will be charged.

This return policy applies to all rent-to-own products provided by Continental Home Center.

We reserve the right to update or clarify this policy; however, any changes will not affect existing agreements unless expressly stated.
